Terms and Conditions

Please note that if you make a commission request, you are agreeing to these terms.Stuff I Don't Do

Stuff I Will Do
• vtubers, original characters, fanartI reserve the right to decline your commission if I do not feel comfortable with you or your request. If I have already started your commission and something happens to make me uncomfortable, I reserve the right to stop working on your commission.Methods of Communication
• I will communicate via Bluesky dms, Twitter dms (@cxthsense), or Instagram dms. If you are more comfortable using Discord, we can discuss this via dms and I will arrange for that.
• Note that for "Surprise Me" commission types, you will only receive the final product. Changes can not be made once I have started working on it and you may or may not receive updates on the progress of the commission. As such, there will be little to no communication. Payment will still follow the terms outlined in the Payment section of these terms, but the first sketch will not be shown.Pricing
All commissions will have no background or a simple colored background.
• Commission types may have a special "Surprise Me" pricing. The pricing may be higher or lower than the base price depending on commission type, but I will come up with everything and you will only receive the final product. This is also referred to as a "Skeb"-type commission.
Current commissions I am offering include:
• Original Outfit Design: I come up with an outfit based on your character. This is the outfit only, so it does not include hair.
• Simple Colored Sketch: I draw a sketchy version of your request, filled with simple flat colors and minimal shading.
• Rendered: I draw your commission with rich textures and highlights.
• Character Design: I design a character for you, complete with an outfit.

Add-Ons
The percentages are calculated based on the prices above.
• Wings: +25% | Feathered Wings: +50%
• Animals: Small: +25% | Medium +50% | Large/Mount: +100%
• Complex Detail: +25% (Includes elaborate tattoos, highly engineered weapons or tools, instruments, tedious patterns such as scale or etched plate, etc. When in doubt, simply add it on and let me know what you want.)
• Additional Characters: +125% each (does not apply if the characters are not part of the same request)
• Additional variations (such as with a mask on vs without a mask on) will cost more depending on the variation.
• Additional fees may apply based on the complexity of the request and my own judgment of my skills. This will be discussed before payment. In the case that I am working on a commission and feel that the request is more complex than originally expected, we can discuss further steps.Special Options
The following fees are based on the total cost of the base price plus any add-ons.
• Rush Job: +50% of total price (Skip the line, or hit the deadline)
• Use for Resale: +50% of total price (Applies to products, marketing, or streams)
• Exclusivity/NDA: +100% of total price. (Pay for ownership and/or silence) This must be discussed with me and agreed upon before payment.Payment
• Payment is 50% upfront before the first sketch, and the rest of the payment has to be paid before I resume working on it. The final product will only be delivered after I have received the total payment in full.
• Do not pay the entire payment in advance.
• All payments are final. No refunds under ANY circumstances.
• Currently, I accept payment via Kofi and Buy Me a Coffee. We can discuss others methods if necessary. You will be expected to cover any fees associated with the payment transfer.Commission Request
• When making your request, please tell me about your character’s features: species, class, age, sex/gender, skin/eye color, etc.
• If you have example art and/or reference sheets, please send them to me.
• You may ask for specific poses or compositions, but this is not guaranteed. I will try my best.Timeline
• After initial consultation and payment, I will work in three phases of sketch, color, and final edits and rendering.
• Estimated time expected for your work will be discussed with you before I start working on it. Refer to what I have told you during consultation. If something were to happen that would impact my ability to deliver your commission in time, I will contact you and we can discuss either a new deadline or delivering your commission as-is.Revisions Policy
• Before I start working on your commission, you can modify your request at any time. However, as I do not accept refunds, no refunds will be given for downgrades. You can upgrade or include additional add-ons by paying the difference. You can change the character information.
• If you do not have a "Surprise Me" commission, you will have 3 edits for each phase. "Surprise Me" commission types do not come with any edits.

• Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission.
• After the final artwork has been sent, no more changes can be made.

• You will receive a PNG (digital file) of the artwork. If you would like it in another format, this should be discussed during the initial consultation before I start working on it.Legal Information
• All rights to my art belong exclusively to me.
• You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so. You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace.
• Unless exclusive rights are purchased, I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.If there is anything else that has not been mentioned here, you will have to discuss it with me before I work on the artwork. I am not responsible for expectations that were not discussed.
